Final Fantasy IV [DS] Walkthrough 4-1 (Part 17)

[KYG] I want a 1/4 Lunarian kid too, please tell me where to adopt one. • (0:20) "I can do you one better! I'm half-alien!" • (0:20) Not that he knows yet... • (0:47) Hence the term "Red Moon". • (1:46) She obviously means "ancestors". • (2:13) Did some off-screen training and got a Rainbow Pudding! Rather quickly too, I might add. 0.4% drop from Flan-type enemies; your best bet at this point of the game is from Yellow Jellies in the Antlion's Den (fairly frequent encounter, the Lightning Claws should deal enough damage due to the changed mechanics). He'll stay here until you give him one. • (3:10) This little cutscene showcasing Cid's clumsiness isn't in the sprite-based versions, where Cecil simply throws the stone into the well. • (4:42) Stopped taking your sweet time, I see... • (9:32) Calcabrina literally means "he who walks on brine", and is often figurately translated as "nimble-footed". • (9:32) These creepy buggers are playable characters in TAY! O! ne of each; Calca is the boy, Brina is the girl. Probably the worst in the game, though, and their exclusive equipment -- Phase, so named for the Deathmask enemy (JP: フェイズ "Phase") -- have a ridiculously low drop rate. Cutter/Shield/Helm/Body/Knuckles, they each boost a given stat by 20 and have high stats of their own. • (11:14) If you take down one set of dolls and don't defeat the others quickly enough, they'll merge into their full form, which you can see in my boss playlist. • (12:02) Try and keep Cecil close ...
