Con la presencia de más de dos mil personas se posesionó ayer primero de enero el alcalde de los Tocancipeños Carlos Julio Rozo Moreno. La ceremonia que inició con una misa concelebrada por el párroco Hernando Navarrete y los sacerdotes Johnny Torres y Antonio Rivera, resultó muy emotiva al momento de la imposición de la banda de alcalde municipal por parte de su señora madre Rosa Moreno y su sobrina Gina Paola Rozo Bautista, cuando el público presente en este acto de la democracia colmado de sentimiento aplaudió y gritó lleno de alegría, apoyando a su líder, quien llevará durante los próximos cuatro años a ubicar a Tocancipá como una ciudad intermedia de excelente proyección a través de un gobierno incluyente y participativo.
